Your Responsibilities
- Co-responsibility for leading, promoting and motivating staff
- Co-responsibility for the induction and instruction of new employees
- Participation in the management team of the Intensive Care Clinic
- Checking and monitoring uniform nursing guidelines
- Active involvement in the care and treatment of patients requiring intensive care
- Participation in the establishment of the Intensive Care Clinic and process optimisation
Your Profile
- Completed training as a certified nurse with a diploma NDS HF in intensive care or equivalent qualification
- Completed leadership training or willingness to obtain it
- At least two years of professional experience in an intensive care unit in a Swiss acute hospital
- Initial leadership experience as a group leader or deputy team leader is an advantage
- High social and leadership competence as well as coordination and organisational skills
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration with patients, doctors and staff
