Your Tasks

• As a senior physician, you take on the leadership of the interdisciplinary treatment team and shape the collaboration on an equal footing.
• The organisational design of the outpatient clinic is part of your responsibilities, as is ensuring constructive and well-coordinated interdisciplinary cooperation.
• Together with the treatment team, you share responsibility for ensuring outpatient psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatment of patients with conditions from the entire diagnostic spectrum.
• You take direct responsibility for the training of assigned assistant psychologists and assistant physicians and ensure their professional support through regular supervision.

Your Profile

• As a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy, you have the necessary professional qualifications for this responsible role.
• You bring a professional practice licence from the Canton of St. Gallen or meet the necessary requirements to obtain it before starting the position.
• Experience in treating psychiatric patients forms an important foundation for your work and enables you to handle different treatment situations confidently.
• Your commitment and enjoyment in working with patients distinguish you, as does your interest in collaborating within a multiprofessional team.
• As a flexible, team-oriented and communicative personality, you impress with your strong social skills and your motivation to continuously develop professionally and personally.
• Independent working, taking responsibility and making confident decisions are among your strengths and characterise your professional approach.
