The Vice-Rectorate for Studies & Teaching is responsible for the strategic development of teaching and for the study operations. The management position attached to the PRS Data and Process Management group supports the department and vice-rectorate management as well as the various teams of the vice-rectorate professionally and ensures the quality of the study data.
For the PRS Data and Process Management group, a management person (m/f/d) (80%) with leadership experience is sought as of 1 August 2026. You will take over the leadership of a three-person team. In addition to leading the individual team members, you represent the group's concerns in various committees.

Your tasks
- Responsible for leading the PRS Data and Process Management group, in particular for the active development of the team
- Project management and participation (including further development of existing and introduction of new systems)
- Coordination with IT as well as other units within HSG (services, vice-rectorates) and the Vice-Rectorate for Studies and Teaching
- Representation of the group in the management committees of the vice-rectorate
- Execution and triage of data analyses
- Further development of the Vice-Rectorate for Studies & Teaching in the area of process management as well as implementation of operational process optimisations
Your profile
- Education at least higher vocational training / technical school
- Leadership experience in a comparable function
- Knowledge in data and process management, project management experience and knowledge of agile working methods
- Flexible, team-oriented personality with pronounced social and communication skills
- Very good grasp and pronounced ability to recognise connections
- Curious and willing to learn new things
