Your role is versatile: Developing project orders together with the field service and lighting planners; Independently recording and monitoring project orders; Constant communication with our customers about products and projects; Continuously acquiring product knowledge and technical expertise; Conducting consultation meetings with our customers. These tasks are accompanied by administrative back-office work. Do you bring the right components? You have completed an electrical or commercial basic training; You may already have experience in the lighting industry (advantageous); You are a communicative person and do not shy away from direct customer contact; You have user knowledge of common MS Office programmes; Independence, initiative, and resilience are among your positive traits; You are a dynamic, responsible, and proactive personality who can set priorities correctly even in hectic times and enjoys acting in a customer-oriented manner; You have confident German language skills in spoken and written form (additional national languages are an advantage).
