About the job
Do you want to make a difference? Are you a driving force who is organised and enjoys working in a team? Do you commit yourself freshly, competently and with great passion to a cause? Are you not just looking for a new task, but want to realise your vocation? We need to get to know each other.
Our company is growing. We are looking for you as
GEVER Consultant / Business Informatics Specialist
with entrepreneurial flair for building a new consulting offering and a knack for presales.
Your tasks:
As a GEVER consultant, you strategically help build CMI's consulting offering in the area of business administration (GEVER) – where it counts: at the interface between the organisation of the public sector and what is possible with our solution platform. You analyse the organisation, roles and business processes of our clients, make the gap between what is possible and everyday reality visible, and develop from this a target vision, strategic fields of action and a prioritised roadmap for the further development of business administration. You accompany the client from the initial assessment through to action planning and ongoing implementation as a consulting and sparring partner, coaching GEVER managers and power users or taking on their roles within mandates. In doing so, you also support sales with offers, presentations and responses to specifications, thus contributing to how CMI positions and expands its consulting business in the market. What you learn in the mandates, you bring directly back into product development and sales, so that our solution grows even closer to the needs of public administration. Depending on your strengths and interests, you take on further roles/responsibilities within our agile role framework.
You:
- have a university degree in business informatics, administrative sciences, business administration or a comparable further education (e.g. business informatics specialist HF, administrative specialist with a federal diploma).
- bring several years of experience in organisational and process consulting as well as consulting at management level, ideally in the environment of digital business administration (GEVER) and public administration.
- have experience conducting interviews, moderating workshops and preparing analyses, reports and prioritised recommendation catalogues.
- think entrepreneurially and are keen to actively shape a consulting business rather than just manage existing processes.
- are at home in presales or want to be: you enjoy supporting offers, presentations and responses to specifications and take pleasure in convincing clients of our solution.
- ideally have experience in leading implementation and organisational projects (agile and classical methods).
- ideally bring experience with organisational manuals, role and permission models as well as in demanding and tracking measures.
- can convey complex matters understandably – presentation and training skills will be further developed with us.
- write and speak German fluently – this will get you very far with us; French or English are a plus.
- simply fit into our team – everything else is secondary.
We:
- work in a challenging and exciting environment with software solutions for the public sector.
- support and promote personal as well as professional training and further education.
- give freedom for responsible action in a team with flat hierarchies.
- actively invest in AI and offer you the opportunity to contribute to innovation.
- as a Great Place to Work® certified employer, cultivate a trust-based corporate culture.
- offer a modern workplace, flexible working hours, the possibility to work from home, additional holidays and heartfelt team events.
