• Organisational, administrative and professional leadership of a physiotherapy team in neurological rehabilitation
• Ensuring appropriate and high-quality physiotherapy within defined processes
• Management and organisation of reports and team meetings
• Goal-oriented individual, paired and group therapies
• Modern rooms and versatile therapy equipment (including robotics) for innovative approaches
• Open, appreciative and creative team culture
• Weekly internal training and professional support by subject matter experts
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with occupational therapists, speech therapists, doctors as well as nursing staff, technical orthopaedics, social counselling and many others
• Committed training and supervision of physiotherapy students

Profile

Do you suit us?

• You have completed training as a physiotherapist (foreign diplomas with SRK recognition)
• You have gained several years of professional experience in neurological rehabilitation
• You already have leadership experience - this is a plus
• Measuring success with functional assessments is self-evident to you
• Your values include transparent communication and collaboration on an equal footing
• You also bring a positive basic attitude and resilience in your backpack
• You have a high degree of initiative and are agile and reliable
• You have very good German skills - do you master another language? – Even better
• Good MS Office skills complete your profile
