Your tasks
- Customer support in the area of vehicle functionality: first point of contact for questions regarding vehicle functions
- Product support "Mercedes me": showing customers product possibilities and functionalities
- Competent advice to our customers as well as sales of passenger cars including financing and insurance
- Care and active maintenance of the existing customer base
- Acquisition of new customers
- Complete handling of sales processes (consulting, offers, contract conclusion, vehicle handover and after-sales service)
- Recognizing market needs, actively participating in the implementation of sales promotion measures and brand strategic occasions and events
- Support in fleet management
- Advertising and photographing vehicles
- Maintenance of the showroom and sales area
Your profile
- Completed basic training in retail or commercial basic training with a technical flair
- Valid category B driving license
- German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good oral English skills
- Independent, careful and efficient way of working
- Cheerful, communicative, motivated and flexible personality
- Teamwork skills and high commitment as well as networked thinking
