Profile
The suitable person for the role is proactive, flexible, dynamic, able to quickly learn new techniques and effectively cope with changes.
They are able to remain calm under stress, managing difficult situations by quickly establishing priorities and finding effective solutions.
They have a predisposition for interdisciplinary and team work and know how to listen patiently and carefully to their interlocutors.
They believe, as we do, in the importance of placing the patient and their family at the centre of all our attention and personally and actively dedicate themselves to their continuous improvement.
Necessary requirements
- Nursing diploma (Bachelor SUPSI) or
- Nursing diploma (SSSCI) or
- Nursing diploma obtained in other Swiss cantons or
- Degree in nursing (Italy or other European countries) recognised by the Swiss Red Cross
- Post-diploma training as an expert nurse in anaesthesia care, certified SPD SSS or ASI diploma
