Your tasks with us
- Overall responsibility for branch, workshop, and rental with 8 employees
- Leadership and further development of the team as well as ensuring efficient and smooth processes
- Responsibility for budget, processes, and occupational safety
- Rental of construction machinery including quotation, price negotiations, and billing
- Maintenance and targeted expansion of the customer base
- Ensuring a professional check-in/check-out process for the machines
What you bring with you
- Leadership personality with at least 5 years of proven leadership experience and the ability to inspire and motivate employees to achieve top performance
- Enjoyment of active customer contact, targeted network building, and cold calling – you proactively approach customers
- Experience in the construction or construction-related industry, technical training advantageous
- Entrepreneurial thinking as well as clear goal and result orientation
- Strong analytical skills, structured and precise – resilient, service-oriented, and with high personal responsibility
- Commercial understanding and proficient IT user
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, French advantageous
- Impeccable character, confident and professional appearance – you leave a positive, lasting impression
- Driving licence category B (ideally also E)
