To strengthen our management team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed individual as

Team Leader Legal & Services (80 – 100%)
with the option to deputise for the department head

Your daily work:

• You lead a team of six to ten lawyers in legal case management in terms of personnel, organisation, and expertise
• You lead with trust and clarity, promote personal responsibility and development, and enable your team to work in a customer-oriented, qualitative, and economical manner
• You think entrepreneurially and understand the connections between legal case management, insurance products, customer needs, and company success
• You question existing processes and working methods and develop solutions with us that are simpler, more efficient, and better
• AI and Legal Tech are important components of future legal work for you.
• You recognise opportunities, try out new things, and actively drive change forward
• Depending on experience and profile, you have the opportunity to take on the deputy role of the department head. In this function, you support and represent the department head in leadership matters, strategic and operational issues, as well as in projects
• You work closely with other managers and actively help shape the further development of Legal & Services

What you bring:

• You have a Swiss university degree in law and several years of professional experience, preferably in a law firm or insurance company; a lawyer’s patent is an advantage
• You already have several years of leadership experience and have successfully led and developed employees and teams
• You think economically and entrepreneurially and can combine legal quality with customer value, efficiency, and cost awareness
• You have experience with change and transformation processes and understand how to not only conceptually accompany change but also implement it and win people over
• AI and Legal Tech are part of future legal work for you. You actively engage with new possibilities and want to make their potential concretely usable for legal services
• You are analytically strong, decisive, and keep sight of the essentials even in complex issues
• You communicate confidently in German and French. Additional language skills, especially Italian, are a plus
