Night Shift Specialist on an Hourly Wage

Flexible deployment · ideally 4–5 nights per month

At night, you are the constant, trustworthy presence for our residents. You ensure safety, calm and well-being – independently and responsibly, but never completely alone: an experienced on-call service is available in the background.

What awaits you with us
• You take on flexible night shifts – ideally 4–5 nights per month
• You attentively, calmly and individually accompany our residents at night
• You ensure safety, well-being and a reliable night structure
• You take on nursing and educational tasks as needed
• You document professionally and ensure a good handover to the day team
• Depending on your qualifications and interests, you can also take on on-call duties from home

You suit us if…
• You have training in the social or nursing field, e.g. FaBe, FaGe EFZ, HF/FH or comparable
• You enjoy working at night and can also take on individual nights at short notice or flexibly
• You act calmly, reliably and responsibly
• You work independently and at the same time know when to seek support
• You can communicate well in German and are familiar with digital documentation
• You can imagine a long-term, reliable collaboration on an hourly wage basis

Who we are
The Bubenberg Foundation in Spiez supports around 30 adults with cognitive or multiple disabilities in living, structured daily activities and participation in social life. The basis of our work is the concept of Functional Health. Self-determination, participation and a good life according to one’s own ideas shape our everyday life.

What we offer
A flexible deployment on an hourly wage basis – ideal if you want to regularly take on some nights without committing to a fixed workload. We are thinking of approximately 4–5 nights per month. Depending on your qualifications and interests, on-call duties from home are also possible. You will be carefully introduced, be part of our night shift team and can rely on clear procedures as well as an accessible background service.

We are only 7 minutes from Spiez station. Enough time for some fresh air and a coffee to go…
