You can achieve this

In your role, you lead projects of small to medium complexity in your area of responsibility with a clear focus on quality, timelines, and budget requirements
The analysis and continuous improvement of existing processes are at the core of your activities
Through your expertise, you ensure that all workflows meet the relevant regulatory standards and norms such as GMP, GxP, and ISO
You coordinate collaboration between different departments and regularly communicate with internal and external stakeholders

You bring with you

Completed training at a higher technical college in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, process engineering, or similar, or a comparable qualification acquired in practice
Experience as a process manager in a regulated environment would be an advantage
Preferably, you have completed further training in process management
You are characterized by a structured way of working, strong analytical thinking skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities
You can convey complex matters clearly, understandably, and appropriately for the audience
You are strong in communication, confident in German negotiation, and can communicate in English
