We are a young, dynamic team and accompany our customers on their way to their new bathroom or dream kitchen. From the first consultation at the customer's home through material selection to the individual fixed-price offer, you ensure a convincing customer experience and turn customer wishes into concrete projects.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed, independent, and sales-strong personality for the Zurich region.

Your tasks

• Home consultation: You visit your customers at the first appointment at their home, get an overview of the spatial conditions, and analyse their wishes and needs.
• Planning: You plan your customers' new kitchen or bathroom together with them directly in CAD and visualise their individual wishes and ideas.
• Consultation & Sales: You then accompany your customers in our showroom in Kilchberg and inspire them with suitable solutions for bathroom and kitchen.
• Material selection & Quotation: You advise on the selection of materials and products and create attractive fixed-price offers.
• Customer support: You look after your customers from the first home visit through consultation and sales completion to handover to project management.
• Negotiation & Closing: You conduct sales talks confidently, negotiate skilfully, and successfully close projects.
• Teamwork: You work closely with our purchasing and construction management to ensure a smooth process.

What you bring

• Experience in sales, ideally in the areas of bathroom, kitchen, or interior construction
• Joy in consulting, sales talent, and a strong customer orientation
• Independent, structured, and responsible working style
• Negotiation skills, assertiveness, and closing strength
• Confident, well-groomed appearance and fluent German
• Driving licence category B
• Initiative and motivation to be successful together with us
