Polymechanic - Maintenance with Project Planning and Spare Parts Management

• Monitoring of individual system components
• Repairs, assemblies, renewals
• Building maintenance of the mill
• Ordering spare parts for individual
• machines and their storage
• Maintaining spare parts lists for systems and milling machines
• Cleaning and maintenance work
• Project planning with the production manager

• Training as a mechanic or an equivalent professional/technical qualification
• Several years of experience in a similar area of responsibility
• Organisational skills, independent and precise working
• Experience in the food industry is an advantage
• Good physical condition
• Willingness to work at night or on weekends in emergencies
