As part of our 25-member team, you contribute to ensuring that our guests always feel safe, comfortable, and welcome. Your tasks include supervising the pool operations, ensuring order and safety, providing first aid, and coordinating emergency measures. In addition, you take on cleaning, maintenance, and minor repair work, take care of the pool water technology with water measurements, and oversee the refrigeration and ice operations. With your cooperation, you ensure a smooth daily routine. You will work in shifts and also be deployed on weekends and public holidays.

This position is for you if you
- have completed a vocational training in a craft with technical interest or training as a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ.
- hold a valid certificate (IGBA PRO or SLRG Pro Pool including BLS-AED).
- enjoy working with different people and like to contribute to a positive atmosphere.
- want to contribute your own ideas and take responsibility.
- like to work in a team to achieve common goals.
- remain calm, friendly, and solution-oriented even in stressful situations.
- can de-escalate conflicts to maintain a pleasant environment.
- have a high awareness of hygiene and cleanliness and consistently implement these standards.
- are open, willing to learn, and motivated to try new things.
- have very good German language skills in spoken and written form.
- ideally already have professional experience as a pool master.
