What you can achieve
- Leading specialist development as part of the nursing management team as well as leading and co-designing the practice development process to promote person-centred and evidence-based nursing practice
- Advising, enabling and supporting nursing professionals, nursing specialists and ward managers, especially in highly complex situations
- Participation in direct nursing care as well as active involvement in evaluations, projects and research groups
- Close cooperation with specialist leads in the breast-abdomen-pelvis area, the practice development and research department, and participation in cross-clinic, national and international specialist and working groups
- Development, implementation and further development of guidelines, concepts and professional standards
What you bring with you
- Completed Master of Science in Nursing or ongoing studies, or willingness to complete a master’s degree
- Several years of solid practical experience and in-depth theoretical knowledge in nursing and nursing research as well as the ability to pass on this knowledge
- Teamwork skills and competencies in participative leadership
- Enjoyment of working in a dynamic university environment
- Proactive, communicative and independent personality who moves confidently in an interprofessional environment and can inspire others for the further development of nursing
