Certified Nurse / Certified Nurse Spitex with Day Centre Responsibility
As a Certified Nurse, you will work in the Spitex service of the Hottingen Retirement Centre during day and late shifts (night shifts only during holiday cover or absences). Additionally, you will take responsibility for the new day centre service, which takes place once a week.
If you also want to make a difference in people’s lives, these are your tasks:
- Ensuring professional nursing care and support for clients
- Taking on daily responsibility in the Spitex routine
- Managing complex care situations, setting up care plans through needs assessment with InterRai HC
- Providing care based on the principles of Palliative Care and Validation
- Taking responsibility for the new day centre service
- Contributing to the continuous improvement process of care and support
Become part of the Hottingen Retirement Centre, which is operated by the Diakoniewerk Neumünster Foundation - Swiss Nurses’ School. It offers 150 tenants modern assisted living for older adults. A medical practice, other medical service providers, and a public restaurant complement the range of services. In total, more than 50 employees work in the areas of nursing, gastronomy, housekeeping, technical services, and administration.

This is how you convince us:
- Completed training as a Certified Nurse (AKP, DN 2, HF, FH or recognition of a foreign diploma)
- Experience in Spitex and/or with group offerings is an advantage
- Very good German language skills
