At Erni Holzbau AG, you take responsibility for your projects – from the contract to the final invoice. You work independently, but not alone. You can rely on an experienced team, modern production facilities, and short decision-making paths. Our focus is on timber frame construction. In addition, we also realise conventional timber buildings and demanding conversions.

• Focus on timber frame construction: Our focus is clearly on timber frame construction. In addition, conventional timber construction and demanding conversions are also part of our projects.

• Production that can deliver: You have two modern production sites at your disposal – one with TW-Mill E, the other with a Weinmann four-table system. Opportunities that are by no means standard in timber construction.
• Digital and flexible working: Our digital infrastructure enables mobile working and uncomplicated collaboration. This includes flexible working hours and home office, if compatible with your projects.

Your job

You are the entrepreneur in your project.

You take over your projects from the contract stage and lead them to successful completion together with the involved employees.

• Preliminary work planning, detailed planning and measurements
• Material procurement and coordination of production and assembly
• Site supervision and communication with clients and site management
• Responsibility for deadlines, quality and costs
• Project completion including final invoice and cost control

What you bring with you
You have several years of experience in independently managing timber construction projects and know what it takes to lead a project from takeover to successful completion.
You have professional training as a timber construction foreman, timber construction technician HF, timber engineer or a comparable qualification.
