You will provide daily support in varied tasks, offering a complete immersion in the multiple facets of HR.
This internship represents a unique opportunity to develop your skills in HR administrative management in a stimulating and constantly evolving environment.
More specifically, you will have the opportunity to handle the following tasks:
Personnel Administration
- Draft employment contracts and amendments while monitoring their application in the HRIS
- Prepare practice authorization requests for our Dentists and Dental Hygienists
- Ensure follow-up of work permit applications, including renewals and changes
- Write certificates, work attestations, and various letters upon employee requests
- Coordinate with our IT provider the opening and closing of computer access
- Process resignations, calculate notice periods according to the Code of Obligations
- Perform monthly updates of organizational charts and internal HR lists within the department
- Contribute to improving HR procedures and managing correspondence and the supply room
Training
- Coordinate, plan, and organize all training sessions on-site and externally: calendar, invitations, room and equipment rental, welcoming speakers, technical supervision, creation of training certificates
- Prepare various internal training certificates
- Monitor compliance with the SSO directive regarding Dentists' training and ensure consolidation of their individual training hours on Excel
- Participate in the preparation of the annual report
- Communicate through visuals about our training sessions for internal and external communication
- Assist the team in organizing training rooms, "Welcome Day" orientation days, and internal social events
Your profile:
- You are in your 3rd year of business school and looking for a 12-month internship starting August 1, 2026, to obtain the professional maturity diploma / you have obtained your federal maturity and are looking for a 12-month internship starting August 1, 2026, to enter a HES
- You master common computer tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- You are interested in Human Resources professions
- You have an open and communicative personality
- You enjoy working in a team and have an excellent service mindset
- You are able to work independently in an organized, structured, and precise manner
- You have excellent oral and written French skills; English is an asset
