Your tasks as

Deputy Manager of the Service Centre in Vernier

For our Service department in Vernier, we are seeking a committed, resilient, and service-oriented person to ensure the economic, organisational, and personnel management of the Vernier region.

Your role with us as Deputy Manager of the Service Centre

• Substitute for the service centre manager in all their tasks
• Support the service centre manager with all administrative matters
• Management and optimisation of the warehouse
• Internal ordering of necessary materials
• Receiving customer telephone calls
• Participation in planning, organising, coordinating, and preparing all activities of service drivers and fitters
• Promote good communication and collaboration within the team
• Cover for service drivers and fitters during their absences

• Basic training in logistics or commercial employee
• Proven experience in logistics (field service & last mile logistics)
• Good IT skills (MS Office, D365 is an advantage)
• Good knowledge of regional geography
• Customer-oriented, reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility and excellent organisational skills
• Strong team spirit and ease in communication
• Native French speaker with good knowledge of English; German/Swiss German is a plus
