Your Tasks
You ensure a high-quality and holistic care and nursing standard for our residents, manage the most diverse everyday situations with your modern understanding of nursing, and share responsibility for the design and implementation of nursing processes. As part of the establishment of the new Wyler site, you have the opportunity to engage in various areas and contribute your expertise. You approach the individual needs and wishes of the residents with respect and mindfulness. You bear the daily responsibility in shift work, without night duty. You enjoy supporting and mentoring learners and staff. As a qualified nurse, you are also jointly responsible for the correct implementation of nursing processes as well as documentation (easyDOK) and performance recording (RAI). You maintain professional and empathetic contacts with relatives and trusted persons.
Your Profile
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- 2 years of professional experience as a qualified nurse
- Brave to tackle new challenges
- Appreciative, mindful and reliable personality
- Humorous and creative demeanour
