Finance Collaborator
Plantahof | 60% | Landquart
The Plantahof is a service of the Department of Public Economy and Social Affairs and is the competence center for agricultural training and consulting in the Canton of Graubünden. In addition to the basic vocational school in agriculture, Plantahof offers various continuing education cycles, professional development courses, and conferences and is responsible for comprehensive consulting for Graubünden agricultural and alpine farms and other groups dealing with agricultural issues. For these purposes, it operates its own farm at four different locations and two company shops. It also has a conference center with a dormitory, auditorium, and cafeteria.

Tasks
- Main responsibility for the timely processing and recording of supplier invoices (accounts payable)
- Management and closing of internal billing
- Management of investment accounting
- Responsibility for cash management
- Collaboration on administrative tasks
- Participation in the preparation of the budget and annual accounts as well as internal controlling
What we expect from you
- Completed apprenticeship as a commercial clerk with a federal certificate of proficiency (AFC)
- Practical experience in the finance sector is an advantage
- Strong numerical skills and confident use of computer applications
- Interdisciplinary thinking as well as solution-oriented action
- Ability to work in a team, discretion, and autonomy
- Openness to digitalization and interest in IT
- The working language is generally German. Knowledge of another cantonal language is an advantage.
