As a Certified Nursing Specialist HF, you take on a central role in the care of ventilated and highly complex patients. You work in an interdisciplinary team that lives expertise, humanity, and mutual support – and where your expertise is valued and further developed.

Your Tasks

• Professional nursing and care of invasively and non-invasively ventilated patients
• Monitoring, operation, and co-responsibility for ventilation technology and other medical devices
• Planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing process in highly complex care situations
• Close interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors, therapists, and other professionals
• Active participation in shaping nursing quality and involvement in further developments and standards
• Support and counselling of relatives in challenging life situations
• Proper documentation and assurance of nursing quality according to current guidelines

Your Profile

• Completed training as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF
• Ideally experience in acute care, IMC, intensive care, or ventilation care (not mandatory)
• Interest in highly specialised long-term care and medical-technical issues
• Responsible, resilient, and reflective personality
• High social competence, empathy, and enjoyment in working with complex care-dependent people
• Team player with willingness to share knowledge and continuously develop
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
