SUISA is the cooperative of composers and publishers of music in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Its more than 45,000 members include music creators from all genres. SUISA represents the copyright of music creators and publishers. This means: We ensure that composers, lyricists or publishers from all over the world receive copyright royalties when their works are used publicly. SUISA employs over 220 staff at locations in Zurich, Lausanne and Lugano.

For the customer service of the joint tariff 3a (background music), which handles the collection of royalties according to GT 3a for over 100,000 customers, we are looking for a dynamic and reliable person to start immediately or by arrangement.

These tasks will inspire you

You support our customers by telephone and in writing in German, French, English and Italian.
You inform potential customers about music licensing and guide them on the way to the appropriate licence.
You maintain and update customer and master data.
You handle complaints and claims professionally and solution-oriented.
You independently carry out research work.
You participate in internal projects and support the team with administrative tasks.

This is what sets you apart

You have successfully completed commercial training and bring 3 - 5 years of professional experience.
Several years of experience in customer service, both inbound and outbound, is essential.
You have very good knowledge of German and French.
Italian and English skills at B2 level are an advantage.
You are characterised by a committed, precise and conscientious way of working.
You are an independent, team-oriented and resilient personality and keep an overview even in hectic situations.
You are open to change and contribute flexibly and solution-oriented.
