YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Leadership & Organisation
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of the Electrical Integration team with clear objectives and priorities
- Active development of employees through coaching, feedback, and targeted skills promotion
- Establishment and assurance of uniform engineering standards, methods, and best practices within the team
- Strategic resource planning and efficient management of team capacities according to project requirements
- Responsibility for compliance with quality, costs, and deadlines at the team level
- Promotion of an open, performance-oriented team culture with high personal responsibility and collaboration
- Further development of processes and organisational structures to increase efficiency and transparency
Technical Responsibility
- Overall responsibility for the electrical integration of all subsystems of a rail vehicle
- Definition and further development of standards for circuit diagram creation as well as preparation of templates and guidelines
- Design and selection of electrical components and their correct implementation in the documentation
- Ensuring consistency between circuit diagrams, parts lists, and physical integration
- Management of cross-departmental interfaces and technical decision-making in complex issues
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completed studies in electrical engineering at FH/University/ETH or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in electrical planning, project engineering, or circuit diagram creation, ideally in mechanical engineering
- Leadership experience or clear willingness to take on a leadership role
- Very good knowledge in creating and evaluating electrical schematics and in the design of electrical components
- Experience in handling complex technical interfaces and interdisciplinary project teams
- High communication skills, assertiveness, and structured working style
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
