• Technical and disciplinary leadership of the Electrical Integration team with clear objectives and priorities
• Active development of employees through coaching, feedback, and targeted skills promotion

• Overall responsibility for the electrical integration of all subsystems of a rail vehicle
• Definition and further development of standards for circuit diagram creation as well as preparation of templates and guidelines
• Design and selection of electrical components and their correct implementation in the documentation
• Ensuring consistency between circuit diagrams, parts lists, and physical integration
• Management of cross-departmental interfaces and technical decision-making in complex issues

• Completed studies in electrical engineering at FH/University/ETH or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in electrical planning, project engineering, or circuit diagram creation, ideally in mechanical engineering
• Leadership experience or clear willingness to take on a leadership role
• Very good knowledge in creating and evaluating electrical schematics and in the design of electrical components
• Experience in handling complex technical interfaces and interdisciplinary project teams
• High communication skills, assertiveness, and structured working style
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
