Your Tasks

• Planning and management of personnel deployment as well as ensuring a smooth production process
• Technical leadership, instruction and support of employees and apprentices
• Ensuring production, quality and safety requirements
• Collaboration in the specialist department as well as timely and quality-compliant order processing
• Preparation of orders, components and operating resources for production
• Processing of quality reports as well as participation in maintenance, training and improvement measures

What Convince Us

• Completed technical vocational training, e.g. as a polymechanic or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in metal processing, ideally in fine sheet metal processing
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP as well as very good German skills at level B2, English skills advantageous
• Confident reading of technical drawings as well as sound knowledge of production and manufacturing processes
• Independent, reliable and quality-conscious working style with high initiative
• Communicative, resilient and solution-oriented personality with leadership qualities and team orientation
