What you bring

• Commercial or medical training, ideally

supplemented with advanced training (e.g. federal specialist certificate, higher vocational education)

• Experience in the insurance industry in the area of services
• A flair for technical contexts and planning
• Knowledge of the industry solution Syrius or E-Claim Plus is an advantage
• Solution-oriented and structured working style
• Basic knowledge of process management is an advantage
• High self-organisation and initiative
• Very good communication skills
• Enjoyment of further development and new challenges
