Type of Work

MY TASKS

• Daily planning and work preparation for the assigned group
• Assembly of aluminium raw vehicle body subassemblies according to drawings
• Welding of aluminium profiles using MIG and TIG methods
• Quality responsibility according to welding technical standards and guidelines (e.g. DIN EN ISO 15085)
• Initial sample inspections and control by random checks
• Inspection of weld seams and documentation of quality checks
• Conducting investigations in case of quality deviations
• Various grinding and straightening work on the subassemblies

Requirements Profile

MY PROFILE
- Completed basic training as a plant and apparatus builder, metalworker or comparable
- Further training as a welding specialist (SVS) or as an International Welding Specialist (IWS)
- Ideally certified for non-destructive testing (VT / PT)
- Initial leadership experience desirable
- Good welding knowledge in MIG and TIG processes, preferably in aluminium
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least level B2)
