In our established real estate and architecture company in the Zurich Oberland, we offer an exciting professional challenge. To strengthen our dynamic management team, we are looking for an independent, team-oriented, and assertive personality for the position of Property Manager from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Independent management of a rental portfolio (commercial and residential)
• Coordination of maintenance, repair, and servicing orders
• Preparation and execution of property viewings, inspections, and handovers
• Ensuring market-appropriate letting of the properties
• Written and personal communication with owners, craftsmen, and authorities
• Preparation of rental contracts and statements
• Minimisation of vacancies
• General administrative management tasks
• Assistance in optimising processes / digitalisation
• Correspondence, administration, and telephone duties
• Review of annual financial statements and budgets in cooperation with accounting
• Preparation of service charge statements in cooperation with accounting

Your profile

• Several years of experience in property management and good knowledge of tenancy law
• Commercial or equivalent training
• Experience in real estate accounting
• Affinity for numbers and proficient use of MS Office 365
• Confident handling of the property software W&W ImmoTop2
• High degree of independence, motivation, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Structured, independent, and precise working style
