Property Manager Rent & Condominium Ownership (80 - 100 %)
Your challenge
- Independent management of a mixed portfolio of rental properties and condominium owners' associations
- Contact person for tenants, owners, condominium owners' associations, delegates, and authorities
- Conducting and follow-up of owners' meetings and delegate sessions
- Rental of rental properties including viewings, contract management, as well as handovers and takeovers of apartments
- Planning, coordination, and supervision of maintenance, repair, and renovation work
- Handling of damage and insurance cases
- Budgeting, control of accounts, and management of renewal funds
- Regular property inspections and ensuring smooth operation of the properties
Your competence
You are a communicative personality with an authentic and professional appearance. You think holistically, work independently, and can set priorities correctly. You appreciate contact with a wide range of stakeholders and feel comfortable in a family-like environment. Your strengths include a high service orientation, reliability, and solution orientation. You have several years of professional experience in property management, ideally in the areas of rental properties and/or condominium ownership. You have already completed or are undergoing training for the Swiss federal professional certificate in property management. In addition, you hold a category B driving licence.
