- Operational management and organisation of your area to ensure excellent patient care

- Implementation of evidence-based nursing concepts and best practice models
- Ensuring high quality standards and continuous improvement processes
- Close interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external partners
- Identification of potentials for cost and resource optimisation

Your Profile
- Completed training as a nurse, health and nursing professional, geriatric nurse or comparable
- Further training as a specialist for leadership tasks in nursing (FLP)
- Decisiveness, reliability and loyalty
- Team- and service-oriented demeanour
- High social competence and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Experience in dealing with mentally ill patients desirable
