Care Specialist (FaBe) EFZ

• Care and support of our residents in their daily activities

• Accompanying residents in their individual daily routines, in living and leisure

• Perceiving the individual needs of the residents

• Key person work and maintaining contacts with relatives and legal representatives

• Handling departmental tasks such as recording and coordinating RAI services

• Completed training as a Care Specialist EFZ, social pedagogue HF / FH or an equivalent qualification

• Experience with InterRAI is an advantage

• An open heart, high social competence and willingness to explore new paths

• Sense of responsibility, team spirit and joy in the profession
