Job Description
For our Facades and All in One technical offices, project managers collaborate with technicians, workshops, assembly and support sectors, ensuring the following main tasks:
- Project management (establishing schedules, monitoring progress and resource planning, budget tracking, contractual and financial management)
- Representing the company and discussions with clients and contractors
- Technical development (engineering and sizing of structures, design and sizing of fixings, supervision and monitoring of execution plans, quality assurance, safety and environmental aspects)
- Material purchase requests and production launch
- Preparation of assembly and monitoring of its sites
Qualifications
To successfully carry out your projects independently and efficiently, you have:
- A technical background and proven experience in the field of metal construction in Facades and/or Cladding
- Training as a civil engineer, technician (CFC draughtsman/woman-metal constructor, Federal Certificate of Project Designer metal constructor, Federal Diploma of Master metal constructor) or equivalent
- Good knowledge of current standards, both technical and safety-related
- The leadership, responsiveness and anticipation skills necessary to manage a project team and work closely with all internal and external stakeholders
- The creativity and pragmatism needed to manage your project in a balanced and autonomous manner
- The ability to express yourself and write in French. Mastery of German and Italian is an asset.
