Job Description

For our Facades and All in One technical offices, project managers collaborate with technicians, workshops, assembly and support sectors, ensuring the following main tasks:

• Project management (establishing schedules, monitoring progress and resource planning, budget tracking, contractual and financial management)
• Representing the company and discussions with clients and contractors
• Technical development (engineering and sizing of structures, design and sizing of fixings, supervision and monitoring of execution plans, quality assurance, safety and environmental aspects)
• Material purchase requests and production launch
• Preparation of assembly and monitoring of its sites

Qualifications

To successfully carry out your projects autonomously and efficiently, you possess:

• A technical background and proven experience in the field of metal construction in Facades and/or Cladding
• Training as a civil engineer, technician (CFC draughtsman/draughtswoman in metal construction, Federal Diploma of Metal Construction Designer, Federal Diploma of Master Metal Constructor) or equivalent
• Good knowledge of current standards, both technical and safety-related
• The leadership, responsiveness and anticipation skills necessary to manage a project team and work closely with all internal and external stakeholders
• The creativity and pragmatism necessary to manage your project in a balanced and autonomous manner
• The ability to express yourself and write in French. Mastery of German and Italian is an asset.

The person we hire will be resilient to workload peaks, open-minded and able to make their point heard and valued thanks to good communication and negotiation skills.
