- Diploma as a nursing specialist HF required.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly in a team.
- Experience in home care is a plus.

- Training as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF.

- Resilience, flexibility – and a touch of idealism.
- Enjoy working with modern IT (RAI-HC and Perigon knowledge is a plus).
- Experience in Spitex is an advantage.
- Driving licence category B.
