Skills
- EFZ in hotel management or housekeeping; leadership experience preferred.
- Strong service orientation and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and good computer knowledge.

The Seminar HotelHotel Specialist / Domestic Services Specialist We are looking immediately or by arrangement for an independent and responsible Hotel Specialist / Domestic Services Specialist with a hands-on mentality You bring the following:
- Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (EFZ) as Hotel Specialist or Domestic Services Specialist
- Enjoyment of a varied working day with assignments in service, kitchen and housekeeping
- Experience as a team leader, as well as at the reception in the Swiss hotel industry is an advantage
- High service orientation and an eye for details & cleanliness
- Structured working method and organisational talent
- Flexibility, resilience and ability to work in a team
- Friendly & well-groomed appearance, good communication skills
- Very good German skills C1 in spoken & written form
- Good IT skills
- Awareness of sustainability and quality management
- Host and first contact person for our organisers and their participants at the front
- Daily assistance in service, housekeeping and, if necessary, at the reception
- Responsible for the smooth running of the service & the impeccable cleanliness throughout
- Organisation and execution of final cleaning & daily cleaning of public & seminar areas
- Responsible for the laundry and its stock
- Compliance with HCCP hygiene & cleanliness standards
- A permanent position of 80 - 100% as team leader
- An unusual & multifaceted activity with plenty of scope for independent work in a small team

- Work planning can be arranged several months in advance
