About the job

Our Foundation operates two medico-social establishments, one with a geriatric care mission including a CAT and the other with a mission for advanced age psychiatry (PAA).

We are looking for our La Sarraz site

an 80% ASSC to support 32 residents, advanced age psychiatry mission

Your mission

• You provide the delegated services respecting the support objectives of each resident
• You establish a relationship of trust with relatives
• You collaborate with teams interdisciplinarily for the well-being of residents
• You actively participate in the continuous improvement of our care practices
• You participate in the development and monitoring of the support project
• You work in tandem with the nurses

Your profile

• ASSC CFC or equivalent qualification
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Comfortable with common IT tools
