• Preparation of customs documents (export customs declarations and Carnet ATA), movement certificates and customs clearance instructions
• Review of import and export customs declarations
• Classification of goods according to CH, EU and UK customs tariff
• Obtaining and checking certificates of origin (e.g. EUR.1, supplier declarations)
• Active cooperation with customs authorities, customs agents, suppliers and internal departments
• Monitoring customs-related deadlines and processes
• Maintenance of customs-related master data 
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements

• Completed commercial training, ideally with further education in customs
• Experience in customs clearance in import and export
• Good knowledge of customs law and preferential agreements
• Experience with SAP GTS is an advantage
• High accuracy as well as a structured and independent working style
• Resilient, responsible and reliable personality
• Very good German and good English skills, spoken and written
