About the job
As Head of Controlling, you are a sparring partner for the executive management and ensure sustainable corporate governance with sound analyses, meaningful key figures, and transparent reporting. You combine strategic thinking with operational implementation, thereby creating the basis for well-founded decisions.
Head of Controlling in Healthcare (80–100 %)
Your tasks- You lead the controlling department and develop it professionally and organisationally
- You develop a group-wide control and key figure system
- You are responsible for budgeting, forecasts, as well as profitability and investment analyses for our companies and locations
- You prepare meaningful management reporting for the executive management and the board of directors
- You analyse performance, cost, and case structures in healthcare and derive concrete recommendations for action
- You are responsible for cost accounting taking into account the REKOLE® standards
- You ensure timely data delivery for hospital statistics, SDEP, ITAR_K, and other external bodies
- You prepare ad-hoc analyses and reports for different stakeholders
- You drive the digitalisation and optimisation of our controlling processes and data structures
Your profile
- A completed degree (FH or university) or an equivalent education and training in business administration, finance, or controlling
- Several years of solid experience in controlling at a hospital or an organisation in healthcare – this is a prerequisite for the position
- Strong analytical thinking and a good sense of business contexts
- An entrepreneurial mindset, initiative, and enthusiasm for shaping change
- High IT affinity as well as a structured, solution-oriented, and pragmatic working style
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a service-oriented demeanour
