Your Tasks

• Professional and personnel management of the team
• Planning and coordination of employee deployments and production orders
• Creating and reviewing manufacturing cost calculations
• Ensuring quality, deadlines and occupational safety
• Continuous development and optimisation of production processes
• Active participation in day-to-day business and support with technical challenges
• Close collaboration with adjacent departments

• Technical or craft-based basic training, ideally in the wood sector, or several years of experience in an industrial production environment
• Experience in woodworking is an advantage but not a strict requirement
• Leadership experience is an advantage or willingness to develop into a leadership role
• Good technical understanding and interest in modern production and CNC technologies
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Independent, structured and reliable working style
• High quality and sense of responsibility
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Enjoyment in leading, supporting employees and achieving goals together
