Junior Trustee 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- You take on comprehensive advice for clients in all trustee matters and independently manage the financial and payroll accounting for various clients
- You also assist with the preparation of tax returns
- You actively help with the preparation of interim and annual financial statements according to Swiss accounting standards
- In addition to general administrative tasks and correspondence with authorities, you also work on exciting projects in the areas of digitalisation and process optimisation
Qualifications:
- You have a commercial basic education and ideally bring some initial experience in trustee services
- You also have a strong interest in further training in the trustee field, e.g. as a trustee with a federal specialist certificate
- You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and ideally have already gained some experience with trustee software such as ABACUS
- You are characterised by a reliable, structured way of working, are eager to learn and enjoy working with numbers
- Your German language skills are very good, and English skills are a plus
