Technical Sales Advisor Internal Sales & Project Management – 100%

What you can achieve with us

After thorough training, you will take over the telephone advice of our customers, support our field sales advisors and accompany orders and projects from order to implementation. You create emergency lighting concepts – manually or with CAD – as well as the associated offers and tenders and ensure timely processing.

You handle customer enquiries, maintain master and project data and work closely with product management. In addition, you participate in major projects, monitor the market and take on various administrative and coordinative tasks in the technical sales process.

What sets you apart

You have completed training as an electrical planner or electrical installer EFZ and bring several years of professional experience. Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in sales and have basic commercial knowledge.

You have a sound technical understanding, work precisely and keep an overview even with several parallel tasks. The use of MS Office is natural for you. You communicate confidently in German, both orally and in writing, and present yourself to customers in a polished and convincing manner.

A good sense of people, assertiveness as well as a strong sense of responsibility for deadlines and customer satisfaction complete your profile.
