- Ensure a professionally sound planning and execution of the admission procedures
- Conduct admission tests for incoming applications
- Create evaluations, surveys and statistics
- Co-responsible for the content of communication to applicants (e.g. invitation letters, result letters, enquiries etc.)
- Redesign and further development of processes and tools
What you ideally bring with you
- Completed Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and currently in an advanced Master’s programme
- Good diagnostic and statistical knowledge, knowledge of R
- Interest in the Swiss and international education sector
- Openness to change and challenges
