Service Manager 100%

As a Service Manager, you take on a central role in organising and managing our service offerings. You coordinate our assigned service portfolio, lead employees, and ensure professional, timely, and economical execution of orders. You act as an important interface between customers, employees, suppliers, and internal departments.

Your tasks

Leadership & Organisation

• Professional leadership and support of service staff
• Coordination and scheduling of the assigned service portfolio
• Organisation and coordination of the on-call service for the city of Bern
• Participation and involvement in recruiting new employees

Customer & Order Processing

• Preparation of quotations
• Management and support of maintenance contracts
• Preparation and verification of measurements and billing

Materials & Logistics

• Inventory management and stock control
• Ensuring material availability according to the needs of ongoing orders

Administration & Controlling

• Review and approval of time reports
• Review of order documents and ensuring complete documentation

Your profile

• Completed training as a sanitary installer with a federal certificate of competence (EFC), further training in Service Course I + II and chief sanitary fitter is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in service and project areas
• Experience in professional leadership of employees
• Good organisational skills and a structured, independent working style
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a high sense of responsibility
• Confident and professional manner in dealing with customers, employees, suppliers, and business partners
• Experience in quotation preparation, order processing, measurement, and invoicing
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Driving licence category B
