Would you like to take on responsibility and lead a technical team in ongoing production operations? This position combines leadership and hands-on work.

Our client is a large Swiss manufacturing company with several locations and several hundred employees. The company serves various industrial and commercial customer groups. The production site operates the equipment around the clock in three shifts.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• In this role, you will lead seven employees both professionally and personally and actively participate in maintenance and repair work yourself
• You independently plan repairs and maintenance work and sensibly distribute the tasks within the team
• You prioritise daily tasks and ensure the technical availability of the production equipment
• You coordinate service work, repairs, and technical deployments with suppliers and external partners
• You regularly take on on-call duty for one week per month, including weekends

You offer your new employer:

• You have completed training in the metal sector, alternatively a comparable technical basic education is suitable
• Experience in the maintenance of machines and production equipment forms an important basis for this role
• Leadership experience is an advantage and you gladly take on professional as well as personnel responsibility
• Good IT affinity helps you handle digital systems and technical work tools
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and keep an overview even during urgent disruptions
