In the heart of the city of Zurich, the residential homes in Seefeld offer living and life space at various locations for adults with cognitive or multiple disabilities.

For the Mainaustrasse location, where people with various disabilities live, we are looking for a Care Specialist from
1 September 2026 or by arrangement.

Care Specialist (70%)

Tasks:

• Supporting residents in their daily lives
• Organising leisure and weekend activities
• Care duties
• Assisting with team and client administration
• Key worker responsibilities
• If interested: taking on departmental tasks

Profile:

• Experience working with people with multiple disabilities
• Completed training as FABE/FAGE or equivalent qualification
• Ability to learn, manage conflicts, and work in a team
• Organisational skills and independent working style
• Sense of responsibility, openness, reliability, flexibility
• Appreciative attitude, creativity, patience and humour
