Customer Operations Manager with Head of Internal Sales

Your tasks

• Further development of processes along the entire customer journey from inquiry to delivery as well as analysis of market and competitive developments
• Ensuring transparent pipeline, order, and capacity planning including operational collaboration
• Responsibility for the introduction of structured annual and seasonal planning in the municipal business
• Close cooperation with sales, production planning, purchasing, and production to improve delivery capability
• Active participation in digitalisation and organisational projects including the introduction and use of modern CRM and sales control tools
• Implementation of the sales strategy to achieve sales targets
• Active expansion and sustainable maintenance of customer relationships in close cooperation with the field sales team (including tender management)
• Responsibility for reporting and controlling (leads, order intake, project forecast)
• Taking over the management of internal sales including leading the internal sales team with two employees

Your profile:

• Technical or commercial basic training (EFZ) with an affinity for technology
• Further training in business administration or sales (e.g. sales specialist with federal diploma)
• Several years of experience in sales or order processing as well as initial leadership experience
• Willingness to change, assertive, with a strong process and organisational understanding and a high affinity for digitalisation (ERP & CRM)
• Fluent in German and English, French is an advantage
