About the job
About us: As a modern timber construction company, schaerholzbau creates living spaces based on ecological, economic, and social principles. At four locations, we develop and build comprehensive timber construction projects of all sizes – from the tree to the finished building.
Your role: As a member of our assembly team, you take responsibility in all areas of our assembly work. You assemble high-quality timber construction elements, carry out interior finishing and conversion work, and ensure precise adjustments and clean execution directly on the construction site with your craftsmanship skills.
About you: You have completed training as a carpenter or joiner with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ). You work independently, reliably, and enjoy working in a team. Your awareness of quality is particularly important to us: you know how to adapt your working methods to the project requirements – from millimetre-precise detailed work to the assembly of demanding timber constructions. A category B driving licence is an advantage.
At schaerholzbau, you can expect varied projects in modern timber construction, attractive employment conditions, modern work equipment, and an open communication culture. In our motivated team, you take responsibility, can contribute your strengths daily, and benefit from individual training and development opportunities.
