You develop and identify requirements and needs together with the business users
You are responsible for the design and technical implementation from data integration through the data product to the finished analytical application
You support the data products and analytical applications implemented by you and your team in productive operation and take care of their continuous improvement
You are part of a multi-member team and continuously develop both AXA Switzerland's analytical capabilities and your internal working methods together with this team, also through the use of copilots and generative AI assistance systems

Your Skills and Talents

You are a committed team player with passion for the task
You have a goal-oriented implementation mentality, are proactive and willing to learn new things
You possess solid data engineering skills as well as very good programming knowledge in SQL and Python
You have extensive experience in application development on the Google Cloud Platform
You have initial experience programming with copilots and generative AI systems to support data and application development
You are interested in application development on SAP BI platforms (BW, HANA, BDC, DSP, SAC)
You communicate confidently in German and English (both spoken and written)
