Your Tasks
- Operational management and organization of the Integration Office
- Leadership and coordination of specialist staff in integration projects
- Financial and budget responsibility including controlling and reporting to the canton and federal government
- Planning and implementation of projects and measures – efficient and resource-saving
- Close and trusting cooperation with the office management for strategic and operational alignment
- Public relations and networking in a demanding political environment
- Case work within the framework of Case Management Integration as well as advising migrants
Your Profile
- Completed professional or university degree or an equivalent qualification (e.g., business administration, public management, social or political sciences)
- Strong solution orientation as well as efficient and effective use of available resources
- Confident handling of numbers as well as sound knowledge in budgeting, administration, and controlling – as well as enjoyment of direct contact with people
- High resilience and stability, combined with independence, sense of responsibility, and assertiveness
- Convincing communication skills as well as the competence to represent integration concerns factually and solution-oriented
- Political sensitivity and diplomatic tact in dealing with different stakeholders
- Ideally proven leadership experience
