Responsible for Finance (Finance Operations)

Workplace: Seuzach (ZH)

In this responsible position, you take on the professional responsibility for the accounting and controlling of our company. You report directly to the CEO and independently, responsibly, and solution-orientedly shape your area of responsibility. In the operational daily business, you will be relieved by qualified support, especially in the area of accounts receivable and accounts payable as well as in the recording and booking of supplier invoices.

• Management of financial accounting
• Independent preparation of annual financial statements according to OR/Swiss GAAP FER
• VAT returns Switzerland/Germany/Italy
• Preparation of monthly reporting to the corporate group
• Management of fixed asset accounting

• a commercial basic education with further training in accounting, or a higher commercial education
• at least 5 years of professional experience in finance and accounting
• very good knowledge of Excel and other MS Office programs
• experience with ERP systems (ideally OPACC and Infoniqa 200)
• German as mother tongue, English an advantage
